Sal & Tammy Desantiago

Sal and I have been married 40 years and have three adult children and two wonderful sons in-laws/loves. Now to what’s really important, that would be our three beautiful, loving, and smart grandchildren!!! What a gift from God! Sal is from Mexico, I was born in Iowa and we both met in Davenport, Iowa. The Lord moved us to Georgia around 33 years ago. At our previous church, we were Assistant Pastors for 19 years. The Lord moved us from that church and for two years we asked God what he wanted us to do. Well, should I say two years of saying "no way God, You want us to start our own church!" We met with a few people and look at us now!!! We started a church with an average of 40 to 60 people weekly. We meet on Friday nights and I don’t see that changing. Why do you ask? It is so wonderful being able to play with my grandchildren on the weekends and to have the kids over for dinner on the weekend while also having a true day of rest on Saturday or Sunday. We have experienced much more rest and family time by going to church on Fridays. Isn’t family what we are called to after serving and loving our savior! We feel honored and blessed by the love and support we have received from our family and friends. We look forward to watching what God does!!!
